What you bring to the role.

  • 1+ years in a B2B sales role
  • A collaborative performer with a track record of being able to reach and exceed targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain a complex product well

What you'll be doing

  • You’ll join our Business Development team to be at the heart of the sale to companies across the UK to adopt our product! 
  • You’ll be the main point of contact for business owners, HR managers, & C-suite execs building strong, long lasting relationships and ensuring we’re transparent, informative & memorable!
  • You'll be responsible for acquisition of businesses who have registered their interest in our product (100% inbound, warm leads!) and ensure a smooth onboarding once they’ve joined. 
  • You’ll assist our Customer Success team in onboarding your sign-ups to encourage adoption of the employee benefit at these companies
  • After full training, you’ll be a product specialist and have the customer walk away with confidence, knowing we have them and their employees’ best interests at heart.
  • In general, you’ll provide a 5-star customer service and make it an unforgettable experience for our customers!

Compensation

Base salary:   £30,000 - £35,000 per year

OTE:              £40,000 - £50,000 per year

Equity:           £3,000 - £30,000 equity through EMI Options
